Personal bio.

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to look through my site.I’m excited about the journey we’re about to go on together. My goal is simple: to help you fall in love with your home. But before we dive into your space, it’s only fair that I share a little bit about myself and how I got here.

I am 48 years of age and proud mama to one amazing little human. I don’t consider myself old or indeed grown up 🙂 Life still feels like an adventure, and I hope it always does. I enjoy the great outdoors, love to be on my bike, I enjoy cooking, eating out and being with loved ones. I’ve had the opportunity to travel and lived in 3 different countries for any substantial amount of time. The most recent being an Island in the Indian Ocean for 6 years.

Over the years I have moved more than 31 times – often not by choice. This came to my attention only recently. After returning to the UK in 2019 we moved into rental accommodation and integrated ourselves into the community. Then the pandemic hit, bringing with it a global shift on how we view our homes. In the years that followed we faced 3 no-fault evictions in rapid succession the last after only 6 months. Each move was disruptive and challenging both personally and professionally. However, that kind of instability taught me a lot: How to adapt quickly, how to stay grounded amid change, and how important a true sense of home really is.

I have always had a keen eye for Interior design, most of all, I love how a place makes me feel. I look for something positive during each move finding all furniture a home of its own, using different storage solutions. Every item has a unique space. Hanging mirrors, art work and photos to create a feeling of familiarity, a home.

These experiences have shaped me in ways I am only just beginning to fully appreciate. I realise I have a remarkable skill to organise everything while keeping calm. I’m a natural problem solver with the resilience of a superhero, and I approach challenges with empathy and focus. I work hard, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in bringing order and warmth to every space I’m in—turning any house into a home.

In 2024 I graduated from university with a BA (Hons) in Interior design. That milestone felt like more than just a qualification—it was the start of something truly meaningful. I took time to reflect on how I could use my skills and passion not just to design spaces, but to help people feel at home again. I understand how overwhelming it can be when life is so busy. After a long day at work, the last thing on your mind is clearing out a cupboard or reimagining the spare room.

Our home is our sanctuary, a place of rest, the place we should feel safe, secure and at peace. It should be full of joy, warm lights, music, dancing, love and laughter, the place memories are made.

Sometimes asking for help and a new set of eyes on the situation is the best way forward. That’s where I come in.
